6 inches

Every Monday and Wednesday my unenthusiastic brother and I go to track at the Muskego high school. Before we run (walk) miles and miles for hours and hours we stretch. There are the fun stretches, and the boring ones, that no one puts any effort into. Our coach likes to see us work hard so he loves the sound of our exhausted moans and groans once he says "six inches!" Six inches is a stretch, all you have to do is lay down and lift up your legs six inches off the ground. The odd thing about it is, that it doesn’t hurt your legs at all it just hurts your stomach and it gets worse the longer you do it. Sounds easy?! Try it!!!
